Installation
- Visit the Chrome Web Store
Go to the Dispatchrly Chrome Extension page - Click “Add to Chrome”
The extension installs in secondsβno complex setup required - Pin the Extension (Optional)
Click the puzzle icon in your Chrome toolbar and pin Dispatchrly for easy access - Open Substack
Navigate to your Substack publication. Dispatchrly works seamlessly over your Substack page - Start Using Dispatchrly

To create a new Note:
- Click the Dispatchrly icon to open the dashboard
- Find the writing area at the top of the dashboard
- Type or paste your Note content
- Add images if needed (click the image icon or drag & drop)
- Format your text using the built-in editor

2. Visual Calendar System
The calendar is your command center for seeing and managing all scheduled Notes.
Calendar Views:
- Monthly View: See your entire month at a glance
- Weekly View: Focus on the current week
- Daily View: Drill down to specific days
How to Schedule Using the Calendar:
- Write your Note in the editor
- Click on any date in the calendar
- Your Note is instantly scheduled for that day
- See the Note appear on the calendar
Color Coding:
- Dates with scheduled Notes appear highlighted
- Hover over any date to see scheduled content
- Click a date to view or edit Notes scheduled for that day
3. Automated Queue
The queue is perfect for “set it and forget it” scheduling.
Setting Up Your Queue:
- Click the Settings icon (gear icon)
- Go to Queue Settings
- Choose your preferred posting times (e.g., 9 AM, 1 PM, 5 PM)
- Set your timezone
- Save your settings
Adding Notes to Queue:
- Write your Note
- Click “Add to Queue” button
- Dispatchrly automatically assigns the next available time slot
- Your Note will post automatically at the scheduled time

To Reschedule:

5. Template Vault

Creating a Template:
- Click the Templates tab in the dashboard

- Write your template content with placeholders if needed
- Click “Save Template”
Using a Template:
- Open the Templates vault
- Find the template you want
- Click “Use Template”
- The content loads into your editor

Saving Notes to Vault:
- While browsing Substack, find a Note you love
- Click the Dispatchrly icon
- Click “Save to Vault” (or use the quick-save shortcut)

Using Your Vault:
- Open the Vault tab
- Browse your saved Notes
- Search by keyword or tag
- Use saved Notes as inspiration for your own content

Posting Schedule Configuration
To customize your posting times:

- Click the refresh icon in the dashboard
Images Not Uploading?
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF
Max file size: Check Substack’s current limits
If images won’t upload:
- Try a smaller file size
- Convert to JPG format

- Try drag-and-drop instead of clicking
Timezone Issues?
If posts appear at wrong times:
- Go to Settings
